Before synchronization can be enabled, you will be provided with the Synchronization Terms. The document will help you prevent many mistakes which could lead to an overbooking.
- Are there any additional payments?
In case of purchasing subscription for less than 12 months, a setup fee of 35 EUR is required. The fee is added after order is made.
- Is the synchronization module an extra paid feature?
No – when purchasing KWHotel Channel Manager, the synchronization module is included in the price.
- Does the KWHotel channel manager include the hotel software as well?
No, KWHotel PMS must be purchased separately.
- Is it possible to purchase only the channel manager system, without purchasing the hotel software?
