- Does KWHotel Web synchronize with channel managers or Booking.com?
Our Team is working on implementing a synchronization module in KWHotel Web.
Currently KWHotel Pro must be started to synchronize availability of a reservation added by KWHotel Web. - Can I use KWHotel Web without purchasing KWHotel Pro license?
For the time being, KWHotel Web requires KWHotel Pro for partial configuration. We are working on a standalone version which is scheduled for release in 2018.
- Is it possible to connect external devices and systems to KWHotel Web?
Devices (i.e. payment terminal, fiscal printer) and external systems (i.e. POSbistro) require KWHotel Desktop version.
- Is it possible to use KWHotel Web without the desktop version?
Yes, you may purchase KWHotel Web module without using the Windows version.
- Does KWHotel Web include all modules found in the desktop version?
KWHotel Web does not include all modules found in the desktop version. However, it contains all functionalities necessary to manage a property.
