1) PMS is a Property Management System.
KWHotel is a PMS program. This means its main function is to help manage reservations in a hospitality property e.g. hotel, hostels, cabins etc.
2) POS is a Point of Sale program.
It function is to help mange and run gastronomy businesses e.g provide direct communication between waiters and the kitchen via tablets. KWHotel offers a POS synchronization with the company POSbistro.
3) OTA is an Online Travel Agency.
This category includes Channel Managers e.g. YieldPlanet, Wubook, STAAH, as well Booking portals e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB etc.
