1. Creating an inventory base
You may assign an inventory every room.
Information related to room inventory facilitates your work in two ways:
1. Room inventory is displayed in a reservation window.
This allows your receptionist to instantly verify the room`s standard and answer guest`s questions thoroughly.
2. Room search function lets you select include inventory in the search criteria.
Such information might be useful when we are requested to find a room meeting specific criteria (i.e. mini-bar included).
To view the currently existing inventory base, proceed to Rooms > Room inventory.
To add new inventory, press the “Add” button.
Now type an inventory name and save your changes.
