- How does the synchronization with POSbistro work?
Whenever a guest starts occupying room in KWHotel, information about this reservation is transferred to POSbistro.
POSbistro opens a new billing account for your guest and allows to charge him with services and products. Once it`s done, you can mark this information to be sent back to KWHotel, where it will be automatically included in the reservation total. This allows you to invoice your guest during his check-out.
- Is it required to sign contract with the service provider before enabling synchronization with KWHotel?
Yes, a contract must be signed with the service provider before synchronization can be enabled with KWHotel software.
- What does the POSbistro synchronization price include?
The one-time payment applies only to the current version of synchronization module and includes a one-year update care. In case partner modifies his software or API, synchronization may no longer work correctly and update on our side will be required. The update price is equal to the one-time payment. The KajWare company reserves the right to implement an update within 30 working days.
