Booking Engine ignores the advance value and requests full amount from my guests! Why?

Advance value in the KWHotel Booking Engine is also affected by the “Cancellation days” parameter.
It can be found in the desktop version of KWHotel > Rate plans > Edit selected rate plan > Other settings.
The “Cancellation days” field determines for how many days before arrival your guest can cancel his reservation.
So when does KWHotel Booking Engine collect the whole amount to confirm reservation?
When your guest selects a shorter stay than a number of days when the full payment must be provided.
