Yes and No, as it depends on the program and additional modules.
KWHotel Standard does not require access to the Internet as its information is stored on the computer it is installed on. If additional modules e.g synchronization with OTA is purchased it is necessary for the program to have access to the internet to download reservations and send the allotment to the Channel Manager/booking portal.
KWHotel Pro will require constant access to the server if the program information is stored on a online server. If you use local database database the computer which works as server can properly function offline, but it will require the Internet to send information to other computers. This option may be useful in case of in case of an Internet outage.
