Where to create templates?

The list of templates you created can be found in Tools > Configuration > Email > Document templates > Templates.
The view includes the following columns:
Name: displays the name of the created template.
Content name: displays the name of the template used as a message content.
Attachment name: displays the name of the file used as a message attachment.
You may quickly access each template by using the buttons located in the bottom part of the window (Add, Edit, and Delete).
