1. How to correct the issue?

If you issue a document such as invoice or bill and an error occurs when you click the “Save” button – this most likely means you do not have the ReportViewer libraries installed.
This can be fixed by downloading and installing the following libraries: ReportViewer 2005 (click the link to download the installer)
ReportViewer 2008 (click the link to download the installer)
Having installed both libraries, restart the computer and try issuing the document again. If the issue was not resolved after completing the steps from the manual please contact KWHotel Support with a screenshot of the error.
