Software implementation
It’s a 2-hour remote training. You will learn the key functions of KWHotel program and perform the initial configuration of the facility with our specialist.
Complete software training
It’s a comprehensive remote training divided into 2 days (duration: 2 x 2-4 hours). The first part is devoted to the front desk, the second to management staff. A safe solution in times of the pandemic, allowing you to fully prepare the facility to work with the program.
Single module training
This option lets you fully discover the functionality of a chosen KWHotel module (i.e. Rate Plans). Our specialist will explain step by step how to maximize its potential.
Consultations
If you need to optimize a single process, this is the perfect option for you. Our specialist will set up everything according to your guidelines. In the meantime, you can relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
