- Is it required to sign contract with Espago before enabling synchronization?
Yes, a contract must be signed with Espago prior to enabling synchronization with KWHotel.
- How is the payment request sent to my guest?
Payment link is generated manually by a receptionist or automatically by the KWHotel Booking Engine. A message is sent via email.
- Is the Guest certain he makes a payment for the correct hotel?
Clicking the payment link opens a new window which acts as a subdomain for a hotel`s official website. The subdomain`s layout resembles its appearance, increasing customer`s comfort and safety.
- Is the Guest required to submit his credit card data when making a payment?
Yes. The security of his transaction is provided by the 3D Secure technology.
- How long do I have to wait for a payment?
Hotel is notified about a payment almost immediately – transaction status changes into “Paid” in the panel. Additionally, reservation status in KWHotel changes to “Reservation paid”.
