- For what duration may I purchase the channel manager synchronization?
Subscription may be purchased for a duration between 1 month and 3 years. In case of purchasing subscription for less than 12 months, a setup fee of 35 EUR is required.
- What should I know before the synchronization?
For the full clarity of our synchronization module, we provide our Users with Synchronization Terms. The document explains the logic behind KWHotel`s synchronization with portals and contains instructions on how to use it effectively.
- Is it required to sign contract with a channel manager before synchronization?
Yes, a contract must be signed with channel manager provider prior to synchronization.
- Is it required to sign contract with Booking.com before synchronization?
Yes, a contract must be signed with Booking.com prior to enabling synchronization with KWHotel.
- Does the price include a channel manager system?
Synchronization module does not include a channel manager. KWHotel can be synchronized with our own channel manager solution or you may sign contract with a third-party channel manager from our compatibility list.
- Are there any additional payments?
In case of purchasing subscription for less than 12 months, a setup fee of 35 EUR is required. The fee is added after order is made.
- Does the price include KWHotel software?
No, KWHotel license must be purchased separately.
- Where should I insert rates?
Rates must be inserted in the KWHotel software.
- How many online partner accounts can I sync with KWHotel?
The price includes synchronizing up to 3 Partner accounts (external channel manager, Booking.com) during a single session.
Each following session requires an additional payment of 40 EUR. - Does KWHotel receive credit card data of customers?
KWHotel neither downloads nor stores the credit card data sent from Booking.com oraz channel manager systems.
