KWHotel updates availability when actions are performed on the calendar. This includes adding reservations, modifications and cancellations.
Sending rates to partners

KWHotel may upload either base price or price per person. Configuration is performed in the “Rate plans” module.
Sending restrictions to partners
Supported by Booking.com, Expedia, YieldPlanet and SiteMinder.
Synchronization with YieldPlanet supports the minimum stay parameter.
Direct synchronization with Booking.com and Expedia support the minimum and maximum stay parameters, as well as the Closed to Arrival and Closed to Departure parameters.
Downloading reservations from partners
Supported by Booking.com, Expedia, YieldPlanet, SiteMinder and WuBook.
KWHotel automatically queries channel managers for new reservations every 6 minutes. It is also possible to manually force KWHotel to query for reservations, if required.
New reservations can be either automatically assigned to the first vacant room of the reservation`s room group or the “Resource based reservations” can be toggled.
Downloading rates from partners
Supported by YieldPlanet.
KWHotel may query YieldPlanet for a price for the given stay. In such case, the downloaded price can be further modified in the KWHotel.
KWHotel may import rate plans from YieldPlanet. In such case, all rates and restrictions are inserted to KWHotel and can be further modified in the PMS.
